Flora is Flora Lazar's valentine to French confections and pastry. From the time she discovered the recipe book of legendary French pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre in high school, she has been enamored of the beauty and exquisite taste of these sweets. Three decades later, after a career in the business and non-profit worlds, she succumbed to the pleas of friends and family to make her confections, pastries, and confitures commercially available. She is excited to introduce them to the public.
