After several trips to Paris and Italy, Katharine and Justin fell in love with a little pastry known as the French Macaron. Katharine, an avid baker, decided to try her hand at making these delightful treats. After perfecting the recipe, which took years, and meticulously streamlining the process (and Justin's many taste tests), we proudly present this light delicacy called the French Macaron. Lauren joined the team and brought in-depth knowledge of the food industry, creating a new dynamic to the Panna Dolce team. A selection of Overloaded Cookies and The Brownie were added to complete the sweet line-up!
