posted Mar 22, 2005 link

We've recently added a new section to our site where our visitors can learn more about some of our clients. Whether you've sampled their products, attended their tastings, taken their classes, or you're just interested in what's going on, its a great way to find out more information about them.

New Sanitation Class Dates

posted Mar 16, 2005 link

We have rescheduled the two day Food Service Sanitation Class for Saturday April 16th & Saturday April 23rd. If you're interested, please call or email us by April 1st to reserve a spot. The Illinois Restaurant Association has extended us a lower rate of $175 (usually it is $225) per person for the group. There is also an additional $35 fee to obtain the actual license upon successful completion of the class & exam, which brings the total to $210. This is a great way to get certified by the city at a discounted rate, and get started in our facility!

Sanitation Class Rescheduled

In our eagerness to organize a sanitation class, perhap we've shot for a little too soon. Due to a number of people having conflicts with the previous dates, we have decided to reschedule in April. We'll be announcing the new dates soon along with more information about getting your certification.
